Villa P
Project: Villa P
Category: Architecture
City: Palermo
Year: 2021
Open space is the key word of this project. The wide spaces, inside and outside, are configured as a single environment usable as freely as possible. The very shape of the villa and the local stone partitions, peculiar elements in this architecture, give a functional scan of the space. On the other hand, the entirely glazed walls, eliminate the gap between inside and outside. Despite the absence of boundaries, all the architectural elements allow the reading of a single central axis that, starting from the outside, contains artificial and natural elements, culminating in a double internal height, the fulcrum of the house.
