Gramola Pieralisi

The project involves the development of the design of a kneader in collaboration with Pieralisi for both single and series machinery. The main features of the design follow several main points such as: the ease of cleaning, the digitalization of production through a monitor and the visibility of the product during the process: this follows the shutter logic of the Reflex camera, then through a mirror you can indirectly see the product in the processing tank.
